Bring your edge.
Build with Arthhaanya.
Arthhaanya Capital is building a focused trader desk within its markets platform for traders who can demonstrate an edge, follow risk, and work inside a disciplined process. Experienced traders can bring their own system. Newer traders can be evaluated for structured guidance.
The markets arm of Atamratn Foundation
Arthhaanya Capital is the markets arm of Atamratn Foundation, a single-family investment office structured as a DIFC Foundation. We invest the family's principal across Indian and global public markets, systematic strategies, and real assets. Our orientation is long-term, research-driven, and concentrated.
We do not manage outside capital.
Who we are building the desk around
The desk should complement Arthhaanya's existing discretionary and systematic approach with distinct, repeatable trading edges.
Proven Traders
Traders with a live or audited track record who can clearly explain their edge, risk model and execution process.
Developing Traders
Promising traders who need capital, structure, feedback and a framework to turn a setup into a repeatable process.
Distinct Edges
We want a diversified desk rather than ten people trading the same idea.
A disciplined selection process
We document our work in detail, operate from formal risk limits, and validate new approaches before meaningful capital is deployed.
Application
Tell us what you trade, how you trade it, and what results you have produced.
Screening
Review track record, drawdowns, execution history, risk behaviour and attitude toward process.
Test / Trial
Established traders may be asked for evidence of results. New setups can be paper-traded before going live.
Capital Allocation
Selected traders move into a controlled live environment with defined risk limits and reporting.
What you get
- Capital: access is based on screening and risk parameters.
- Structure: routines, dashboards, recording and journaling.
- Feedback: a process for reviewing decisions and improving execution.
- Desk environment: a team designed around multiple trading edges.
What we expect
- Discipline: follow agreed risk and execution rules.
- Transparency: report results and mistakes honestly.
- Consistency: focus on process, not isolated wins.
- Adaptability: be willing to test and refine setups objectively.
Trading involves risk. This is an internal trader recruitment process for Arthhaanya Capital and is not an offer to manage outside capital. Capital allocation, compensation and trading permissions are subject to internal review and the applicable legal/compliance framework.
How the desk operates
The recruitment model extends the same research-driven discipline already described by Arthhaanya Capital.
Formal risk limits
Position sizing, scale-out triggers, trailing stops and exposure discipline are treated as rules, not suggestions.
Documented process
Trades, decisions, mistakes and limitations are recorded so performance can be reviewed rather than remembered.
Independent edges
Discretionary and systematic approaches are not forced to correlate; different edges should contribute independently.
